Union Minister Arun Jaitley today said that dealing with terrorists who refuse to surrender is not muscular policy but a law and order issue, which cannot wait for a political solution. In a blog, Jaitley hit out at Congress and human rights groups and questioned whether a suicide bomber who is willing to die and kill should be dealt with offering Satyagraha.
