Delhiites wake up to a clear sky; IMD predicts light rain from today onwards

New Delhi, The citizens of Delhi woke up to a clear sky on Monday morning, with no possibility of rain, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). 

The minimum temperature settled at 26.5 Degree celsius.

“The maximum temperature is likely to settle at 33.5 degree Celsius on Monday”, said the IMD.

The relative humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded 89 Percent.

Meanwhile, the Met Department has predicted light to moderate rain for the four days.

Since September 1, Delhi has been witnessing light to heavy rains in regular intervals, however, there has been no downpour during the last 24 hours.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) the Air quality index (AIQ) remained in the satisfactory category in most places on Monday morning.

However the Air quality index (AIQ) in Anand Vihar remained unhealthy at 94 at 10:00 am.
