Nine thieves arrested with 75 stolen mobile phones by Saraikela Police

Saraikela, The Saraikela Police has arrested nine thieves belonging to the Teen Pahar Gang from Sahebganj and Bardhaman along with 75 stolen mobiles.
Briefing the press Saraikela SP Anand Prakash on Saturday said that some of the arrested members hail from West Bengal. The arrested have been identified as Mithun Mandal, Rahul Nunia, Shubham Turi, Chandan Mahto, Kutun Nuniya, Rahul Nuniya, Rahul Paswan, Ramdular Pandit and Shama Karmakar.
The SP said that gang members use to steal the mobiles from weekly markets, crowded areas, railway stations in Kharsawan, Saraikela, Kolibera, Kandra, Gamharia etc.

Saraikela, Sep 25 (UNI) The Saraikela Police has arrested nine thieves belonging to the Teen Pahar Gang from Sahebganj and Bardhaman alongwith 75 stolen mobiles.
Briefing the press Saraikela SP Anand Prakash on Saturday said that some of the arrested members hail from West Bengal. The arrested have been identified as Mithun Mandal, Rahul Nunia, Shubham Turi, Chandan Mahto, Kutun Nuniya, Rahul Nuniya, Rahul Paswan, Ramdular Pandit and Shama Karmakar.
The SP said that gang members use to steal the thieves from weekly markets, crowded areas, railway stations in Kharsawan, Saraikela, Kolibera, Kandra, Gamharia etc.
He said Mithun Mandal was caught on suspicion and nine stolen mobiles were recovered from him from Bahrasai of Kharsawan . Based on the inputs provided by him the other gang members were caught one by one.
The SP said that all the arrested used to live in a rented accommodation in the city and after stealing the mobiles they used to sell them.
